Priceless

We feel like we should be in a MasterCard commercial; Five-Day tickets to Disney World: $650, Parking: $11.00, Dinner at a Norwegian Castle: $200, watching your daughter's face in amazement as she meets the Princesses: PRICELESS! I don't think there are enough words to describe what Tuesday was like. Megan had the day of her dreams. She got to meet Mary Poppins, Peter Pan and Wendy, Ariel, Minnie Mouse, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Cinderella, and Belle during the day. Then we went to Epcot to the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall to have dinner with the Princesses. When we went in, she got to see Ariel and get photos taken with her. Then as we were waiting for dinner, Aurora, Pocahontas, Jasmine, and Cinderella all came to meet us and pose for pictures. It was absolutely amazing! Megan just couldn't stop smiling and posing. What a thrill!

By the end of the night, even though she had the best day of her life, she was pooped! It will take a couple of days to recooperate from this one!

Dream days at Disney

Well, I can't believe it but we finally made it to Disney World!! We headed down to St. Cloud on Saturday to stay with our friends Matt, Mandy and Mason (and Moose & Molly). It was good to be with them again. Tyler and Mason had fun checking each other out. After church on Sunday we headed to the land of Mickey, Donald, and of course, the Princesses! We got to listen to Story Time with Belle as she told her story of meeting the Beast. Afterward, she signed our Autograph book and posed for a picture.

Then we headed off to the Carousel and to Dumbo.

After that, we visited Ariel and was able to let her sign our Autograph book and get a picture with her as well.

On Monday, we rode the "it's a small world" ride and sat in on a 3-D movie featuring, Mickey, Goofy, Donald and other various characters. That was about all we had time to do before we had to get to the Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique for Megan's Princess Makeover. She was in HEAVEN and was just beaming from ear to ear. She had such a blast. All the Fairy Godmothers-in-training were so wonderful. They truly made her feel like a Princess.

Tyler is crawling!!

Tyler took his first moves yesterday and began to crawl. He's picked it up pretty quickly. He's not zipping all over the house yet, but if he wants to get to a toy, he won't hesitate to get on the move. He still hasn't quite figured out that he can move to get closer to me, yet, but I'm sure that will come soon enough! Here's a little video so you can see his motion. Enjoy!

This other video I took on Sunday, his first day of movement. As you'll see he's still trying to figure things out; but the main reason I wanted to post this video was because of the noise he makes and his face. If you'll listen carefully, you can hear him start to grind his teeth. Then, check out his face. He's gotten into squinting his face up and it's just too cute. He cracks me up!
